Nga Chi Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any unworn, undamaged women's shoes within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Nga Chi Limited will not accept returns after 14 days.

Once Nga Chi Limited receives your return, refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This means the entire process from return receipt to funds appearing in your account will be no less than 14 days. For PayPal refunds, the processing time is at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Nga Chi Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Goods

You must inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims must be sent to [email protected] with photographs and a description. Nga Chi Limited will not accept claims after 7 days. Nga Chi Limited will, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

Nga Chi Limited attempts to describe women's shoes accurately. However, Nga Chi Limited does not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with the 14 days no-reason refund policy.

Pricing Errors
